STR turnover services
Standard turnover cleaning
Guest-to-guest reset for STRs, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, high-touch surfaces, trash removal, linen reset using host-supplied inventory, and photo confirmation emailed after completion.
Restock check (optional)
We note low or missing consumables during the clean so you can restock without guessing.
Deep clean add-on
Additional detail work beyond a standard turnover. Deep clean pricing is determined based on size and condition and will be confirmed before work begins.
Laundry & linens
Linens are reset using host-supplied inventory. Laundry is completed on-site when available and within the scheduled clean time. Additional loads may require additional time.
Service area
We serve Atlanta and select surrounding communities, including Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Decatur, and nearby areas based on availability.
